You will conduct market scans, benchmark priority and niche roles, and translate findings into reports and dashboards to support sourcing, recruitment, and workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in market research or analytics.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in market research, workforce analytics, or competitive intelligence.
• Experience translating insights into reports, dashboards, and actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support TA market intelligence capabilities with data, dashboards and reports.
• Conduct market scans and competitive benchmarking for priority roles.
• Partner with TA and business leaders to drive adoption of market intelligence.
