Responsibilities

• Support and execute the market intelligence roadmap for Talent Acquisition, including research priorities, reporting cadence, and key outputs aligned to hiring objectives
• Establish standardized definitions, templates, and quality checks to ensure consistency and integrity of market insights
• Build governance and a feedback loop with business leaders to evaluate how insights are used in decision-making
• Lead deep-dive market scans for priority and niche roles, covering talent supply, demand signals, and hiring difficulty
• Produce competitor intelligence on hiring practices, job requirements, work arrangements, salary/benefits positioning, and location strategies
• Track labor market trends, emerging skills, and competitor moves that impact hiring risks and opportunities
• Create executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and senior stakeholders
• Translate data into clear insights, implications, and recommendations (e.g., channel mix changes, compensation positioning, sourcing strategy adjustments)
• Provide scenario-based guidance (e.g., expected time-to-hire and volume feasibility by location)
