Expounder Corp., a startup talent sourcing company based in Bacolod, is hiring a recruitment coordinator to conduct online interviews, source and screen candidates, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process. You will work with international candidates and clients from The View Sixty Fifth location.

The role requires at least 1 year in recruitment or related fields, strong communication, and an ability to start immediately.

• Good communication skills and confidence with international contacts.

Work Details

• Morning Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM
• Mid Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:30 AM
• Salary: ₱15,000–₱18,000/month, depending on experience
• 8-hour workday with weekends off
• Location: The View Sixty Fifth, in front of the New Government Center

What You'll Do

• Conduct online interviews with candidates for various positions.
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Communicate with international candidates and clients.
• Assist with lead generation, business development, and administrative tasks.
