Official Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate

Work Type: Full-time, on-site

Work Schedule: Morning shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (PHT); Mid‑shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM (PHT).

Salary: ₱15,000 – ₱18,000 plus commissions (higher rates for seasoned candidates).

Hours: 8 hours per day, weekends off.

Work Location: Expounder Corp, The View Sixty Fifth (front of the New Government Center), Bacolod City.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, HR, or the BPO industry as a CSR/TSR/Sales Representative (preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual interviews via Google Meet and other video‑conferencing platforms for managerial to executive‑level candidates.
• Perform job analysis, talent sourcing, resume screening and candidate shortlisting.
• Manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment pipeline.
• Report directly to the Chief of Staff.
• Support lead generation, list building, business development, recruitment, HR, and administrative tasks.

Working Location

2nd floor, SixtyFifth Destination Resort Hotel, in front of Government Center, Circumferential Rd, Bacolod, 6100 Negros Occidental, Philippines.
