Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in Organizational Development or closely related discipline.
• Experience leading OD or transformation initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong project management discipline dealing with risk and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization assessments and design recommendations.
• Build change and adoption plans for major initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops on team effectiveness and accountability.
