Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking an Organization Development Manager to partner with technology, product, operations and People teams to improve structure, how teams work, and how change is adopted in a fast-moving digital environment.

This role focuses on organization design, operating model clarity, workforce capability, leadership effectiveness, and transformation execution to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–8+ years in Organizational Development or HR transformation.
• Experience leading OD initiatives in fast-paced tech/digital environments.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in workforce analytics and data storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization assessments and design recommendations for tech, product, and ops teams.
• Improve role clarity, decision rights, governance, and cross-functional ways of working.
• Support workforce planning, job architecture, and capability mapping.
• Develop OD dashboards and executive-ready recommendations.
• Coach leaders on organizational effectiveness and change leadership.
