Build strong relationships with clients and employees, promote available workers, and coordinate inductions, training, and compliance. You will keep records accurate and be the go-to expert for workforce solutions, supporting teams across assignments.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience is nice to have, not essential.
• At least 2 years of administration experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Fill vacancies quickly and maintain a 95% fill rate.
• Build strong relationships with clients and employees.
• Promote available workers to new and existing clients.
• Coordinate site walkthroughs, inductions, training, and compliance.
• Support and engage employees throughout their assignments.
• Keep records accurate and systems up to date.
• Become the go-to expert for workforce solutions.
• Place 5 workers per week.
• Organize 8 site walkthroughs per week.
• Hold 1 client toolbox talk per week.
• Complete 10 WHS consultations per week.
• Contact successful candidates within 1 hour daily.
