Job summary

Allegisglobalsolutions is seeking a Program Coordinator to join a fast-paced team in Ortigas Pasig. You will coordinate the contingent worker lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, and provide first-level support to Hiring Managers and suppliers.

You will assist during all stages—interview scheduling, onboarding, assignment management, time/expense tracking, and offboarding—while ensuring high client satisfaction and timely communications across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 0–2+ years of staffing/MSP experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and follow-up skills.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Hiring managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers during all stages of the contract labor lifecycle.
• Document client-reported issues and track resolution to completion.
• Maintain and update worker assignments reflecting changes.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, contingent workers, and partners via meetings, email, and phone.
• Research and analyze to resolve inquiries.
• Provide program status reports to leadership as required.
• Monitor contract SLAs (invoicing, time/expense, vendor compliance).
• Coordinate with vendors to complete new hire paperwork promptly.
