Responsibilities

• Execute employer-branding and recruitment marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Maintain recruitment content calendar and publish candidate-facing content.
• Monitor sourcing-channel performance and improve candidate reach.
• Develop clear candidate communications and materials.
• Coordinate referral communications and engagement activities.
• Build relationships with universities and coordinate campus recruitment.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on campaign reach and activity.
