Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking a Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for specialist, professional, and senior roles. You will develop strong sourcing strategies, engage passive talent, and build robust talent pipelines to support hiring goals.

You will drive employer branding campaigns, ensure a positive candidate experience, and partner with hiring managers to optimize recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
• Optional: experience with ATS, recruitment marketing tools, and data analytics platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends and optimize strategies
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proactive mindset to stay current with industry trends and best practices

Responsibilities

• Execute employer branding campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels
• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience by developing candidate-facing materials and engaging candidates throughout the process
• Manage and optimize sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, career fairs, and agency partners
• Lead the employee referral program and drive participation through campaigns and incentives
• Develop relationships with universities and campus recruitment events
• Maintain dashboards on key recruitment metrics and use data insights to inform decisions
