Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for specialist, professional, and senior roles. You will develop talent pipelines, engage passive candidates, and partner with hiring managers to fill hard-to-fill vacancies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field (HR, business, psychology, economics)
3+ years in talent acquisition (end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, employer branding)
Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders
Strong analytics to identify trends and optimize strategies
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and deadlines
Proactive, trend-aware mindset for recruitment practices

Responsibilities

Execute employer branding campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels
Ensure positive candidate experience with engaging materials and process transparency
Collect and analyze candidate feedback to improve processes
Manage sourcing strategies across boards, social media, fairs, and agency partners
Track sourcing ROI and campaign performance to improve results
Lead employee referral program through communications and incentives
Monitor referral metrics and optimize workflows for higher quality hires
Develop relationships with universities and student organizations
Coordinate campus recruitment events, internships, and job fairs
Maintain dashboards on key recruitment metrics (time-to-source, ROI, referrals)
