Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking a Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for specialist, professional, and senior roles. You will develop strong sourcing strategies, engage passive talent, and build robust talent pipelines to support hiring goals.

You will drive employer branding campaigns, ensure a positive candidate experience, and partner with hiring managers to optimize recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
• Optional: experience with ATS, recruitment marketing tools, and data analytics platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends and optimize strategies
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Job description

A Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for specialist, professional, and senior-level positions, requiring strong sourcing and assessment capabilities, market intelligence, and a consultative approach to partnering with hiring managers and business leaders. The role takes ownership of complex and hard-to-fill vacancies, proactively identifies and engages passive talent, develops talent pipelines, and provides relevant market insights to support effective hiring decisions.

Other responsibilities include the following:

• Execute employer branding campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience by developing candidate-facing materials and partnering with recruiters to maintain engagement throughout the hiring process. Collect and analyze candidate feedback to improve processes.
• Manage and optimize sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, career fairs, and agency partners to build diverse, role-specific talent pipelines using active and passive methods. Track and analyze sourcing effectiveness and ROI to improve results.
• Lead the employee referral program by driving participation through communications, incentives, and engagement initiatives. Monitor referral metrics, optimize workflows, and launch campaigns to increase program visibility and high-quality hires.
• Develop strong relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations. Coordinate campus recruitment events, internships, and job fairs to attract early-career talent and build long-term pipelines.
• Maintain dashboards and reports on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-source, sourcing ROI, referral program performance, and candidate experience. Use data insights to inform strategic decisions and improve talent acquisition outcomes.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3years of relevant experience in talent acquisition (managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, employer branding, and candidate experience initiatives)
• Optional: experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment marketing tools, and data analytics platforms to track and optimize recruitment metrics; prior involvement in university partnerships, employee referral programs, and recruitment campaigns
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Strong ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, solve problems, and optimize talent acquisition strategies.
• Proven capability to manage multiple recruitment projects and priorities efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Proactive mindset to stay current with industry trends, embrace new technologies, and continuously improve recruitment practices.
