Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking an HR Associate - Talent Attraction to lead recruitment marketing and sourcing initiatives, elevating FELCO's employer brand and building sustainable candidate pipelines across digital, campus, and referral channels.

You will manage content, coordinate campus partnerships, and monitor channel effectiveness to improve reach and quality of applicants, while ensuring a strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute employer-branding and recruitment-marketing campaigns across digital, social, campus and offline channels.
• Maintain recruitment content calendar and publish candidate-facing content (job ads, employee stories, career-page content, social posts, event materials).
• Monitor sourcing-channel performance and drive improvements to reach and qualified applicants.
• Develop clear, engaging candidate communications and materials for the application process.
• Coordinate employee referral communications, campaigns and engagement; track referrals and program trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges and student orgs; coordinate campus recruitment events and talks.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on reach, engagement, applications, referrals and sourcing activity; identify trends and opportunities.

Reporting to: Head of Talent Acquisition/Talent Management

The HR Associate - Talent Attraction executes recruitment marketing, employer branding, and sourcing-channel initiatives to increase FELCO's visibility as an employer, generate qualified applicants, and support sustainable talent pipelines across digital, referral, campus, and other sourcing channels.

Other requirements include the following:

• Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing - Execute employer-branding and recruitment marketing campaigns across digital, social, campus, and offline channels.

• Recruitment Content Management - Maintain the recruitment content calendar and coordinate the development and publication of candidate-facing content, including job advertisements, employee stories, career-page content, social media posts, and recruitment event materials.

• Sourcing Channel Effectiveness - Monitor sourcing-channel performance and support initiatives that improve candidate reach and qualified applicant generation.

• Candidate Experience - Develop and maintain clear and engaging candidate-facing communications and materials.

• Employee Referral Program - Coordinate referral communications, campaigns, and engagement activities. Maintain referral records, monitor participation and trends, and work with employees and recruiters to support timely processing and improve program effectiveness.

• University and Early-Career Partnerships - Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations. Coordinate campus recruitment, internships, career talks, and job fairs to strengthen early-career talent pipelines.

• Tracking and Reporting - Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on campaign reach, engagement, applications, referrals, and sourcing activity. Identify key trends, observations, and opportunities for improvement

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, marketing communications, or a related field.

• Exposure to social media content, campaign coordination, recruitment events, job boards, university partnerships, employee referral programs, or similar talent-attraction activities is an advantage.
