Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.
• Ability to meet SLA-based KPIs and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Screen CVs and manage requisition processes and interviews.
• Provide help desk support and update applicant tracking system.
• Prepare and issue offers; assist onboarding.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports with accuracy.
• Maintain relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Address day-to-day queries and escalate when needed.
