Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Talent Attraction and Acquisition Associate to drive end-to-end recruitment across the organization. You will partner with service line stakeholders to hire top talent and support office policies aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities include campus outreach, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating orientation, and maintaining hiring databases. The role requires English communication proficiency and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources or a related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience across functions.
• Adept in reviewing skills qualifications and paper screening.
• Proficient in sourcing and quality candidate endorsement.
• Strong task management abilities.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Well organized with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain target hire databases.
• Liaise with colleges and attend job fairs.
• Administer pre-employment exams and conduct initial interviews.
• Plan and execute new hire orientation.
• Encode new hire data in company database.
• Coordinate visits by student groups.
• Process sponsorship requests of schools.
• Develop initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
• Manage full cycle recruitment across multiple units.
• Host events and public speaking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to optimize recruiting.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and leaders.
• Other talent-related duties as assigned.
