Responsibilities

• Screen applicants sourced from company job portals.
• Assess candidates' suitability for both current and future roles, including internships and MOA/MOU coordination.
• Initiate end-to-end recruitment for high-priority positions and top talent.
• Coordinate interview schedules for hiring managers and handle candidate documentation.
• Communicate job offers to shortlisted candidates, detailing probationary and permanent benefits and overall compensation and perks.
• Provide timely updates to applicants regarding their status.
• Maintain the firm's applicant database, ensuring it is regularly updated.
• Act as the firm's primary talent ambassador during campus and offsite recruitment events.
• Support talent acquisition initiatives and HR-related administrative tasks.
