Job summary

TJ Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment in Metro Manila. You will source candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and drive onboarding.

You will conduct initial interviews and evaluate fit, prepare offers, and coordinate pre-employment requirements. The role also involves producing recruitment reports, handling RFP-related tasks, and supporting HR initiatives as directed by the HR Head.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of online recruitment platforms and social media sourcing.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in digital tools and applications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
• Conduct initial interviews and help evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, skills, and job fit.
• Prepare job offers and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports, including manpower requirements, applicant status, hiring progress, and recruitment sources.
• Prepare and process various RFP related to assigned HR Facet.
• Handle ad hoc tasks, assignments, and initiatives as assigned by the HR Head or Management.
