UST in Taguig City, Metro Manila, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Recruitment Team. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for multiple openings while supporting onboarding and record-keeping in the ATS.

You will conduct interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit, prepare offers and contracts, and ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.

• Experience coordinating high-volume recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with ATS and onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment policies.

• Source, screen, schedule candidate interviews for multiple open positions across the organization, managing high-volume recruitment processes efficiently.
• Monitor and assist in the completion of candidate onboarding requirements.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and candidate information in the ATS.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitment documentation.
