The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for the entire hiring process, which includes advertising job openings, conducting interviews, engaging with potential candidates both online and offline; screening applications, and assisting hiring managers in identifying the best candidates for the firm's available positions.

1. 1. Conduct initial screenings of candidates sourced from company job portals.
2. 2. Assess candidates' suitability for both current and future roles, which includes managing internships and fostering relationships with universities through MOA/MOU coordination.
3. 3. Initiate the end-to-end recruitment process for high-priority positions and top-tier talent.
