Job summary

TL MABUHAY Driving Lesson Academy Inc. seeks an HR – Talent Acquisition Staff to lead staff recruitment, evaluating resumes and credentials, and building networks with potential hires.

The role serves all Head Office departments internally and partners with branch locations and external agencies. Responsibilities include designing recruitment strategy, updating job descriptions, sourcing and screening, coordinating with managers, and delivering regular recruitment reports to meet staffing

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year course; HR/BS/AB Psychology is a plus.
• 1–2 years in recruitment; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the recruitment strategy.
• Develop, review, and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Partner with managers to determine staffing needs and requirements.
• Screen résumés, conduct phone interviews, verify references, and perform background checks.
• Coordinate with external agencies and manage candidate pipelines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports; achieve manpower targets.

About the role

HR – Talent Acquisition Staff, under the Human Resource Management and Development department. The role fills staff vacancies by evaluating candidates and building networks with potential hires — taking a hands‑on approach to assessing résumés, credentials, and best available talent. Serves all Head Office departments internally, and applicants, branch employees, and local hiring agencies externally.

Responsibilities

Strategy & planning

• Design and implement the overall recruitment strategy
• Develop, review, and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Partner with department managers to determine staffing needs
• Determine applicant requirements by analyzing job descriptions and qualifications

Sourcing & screening

• Attract applicants by posting job ads across online platforms
• Screen résumés and applications, conduct phone interviews, verify references, and run background checks
• Source and screen qualified personnel to support telemedical services per staffing requirements
• Conduct in-person interviews for junior, senior, and executive-level roles
• Administer examinations and assessments for qualified applicants

Coordination & pipeline management

• Coordinate with external organizations to share recruitment strategies and gain hiring insights
• Monitor and update candidates' documents throughout the hiring process
• Endorse applicants to department personnel for further evaluation and training
• Monitor and update assigned Google Sheets and recruitment trackers

Performance & reporting

• Apply HR recruitment best practices
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly recruitment reports
• Achieve manpower targets and meet recruitment performance indicators
• Perform other duties as assigned by Head Office and/or Management

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of any four-year course; Human Resource / BS / AB Psychology is a plus
• Experience: At least 1–2 years in the same field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
