Job summary

Pioneer Insurance in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end hiring for our finance services team. Qualifications

• Candidate must have a degree in BS Psychology, HR Management, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred in financial services and/or insurance.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Willing to be a project-based employee for one year.

Responsibilities

• Perform talent acquisition duties including calibrating hiring requirements with clients.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to discuss requirements and maintain relationships throughout the hiring process.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, administer online assessments, and coordinate interviews (virtual or face-to-face).
• Coordinate onboarding in collaboration with the onboarding team after placement and offer acceptance.
• Update recruitment trackers and generate reports with accuracy.

Job description

Performs talent acquisition in terms of hiring requirements for a specific job.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Partnership

Collaborating with the clients (hiring managers) in discussing the hiring requirement through calibration meetings and building good relationship through effective communication with all the hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Talent Acquisition: Calibration, Selection, Placement

Screening qualified applicants from the pool of shortlisted candidates, based on the requisition requirements provided by the Request for Hire form. Constant communication with the candidates, starting from the Initial interviews (phone calls), administering the online assessment, setting meetings with the hiring managers (Virtual of F2F) in which meeting details are prepared in advance, until the final decision (whether candidates get rejected/accepted). Collaboration with the onboarding team once the candidate gets placed and has signed the Jo Offer.

Tracker Update and Reports Generation

Updating the recruitment and sourcing trackers accurately with integrity

A Bit About You

• Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science or any related course.
• With at least 1-2 years relevant work experience preferably gained from the financial services and/or insurance industry.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Willing to be a Project-based employee for one (1) year.
