Job summary

PlayTime Entertainment is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist in Metro Manila to scout, recruit, and coordinate models, actresses, influencers, and entertainment personalities for the FHM Exclusive Talent Roster. You will source, screen, negotiate, and onboard talent and manage relationships across shoots and appearances.

Ideal candidates have experience in talent acquisition or entertainment management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and networking skills

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, talent scouting, casting, artist relations, or entertainment management.
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of the Philippine entertainment, modeling, and influencer industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and productivity suites.

Responsibilities

• Scout and recruit potential talents through social media, casting events, referrals, and industry networks.
• Screen and evaluate talents based on brand fit, marketability, and professionalism.
• Coordinate interviews, auditions, contract documentation, and onboarding.
• Maintain relationships with talents and coordinate schedules, shoots, and appearances.
• Manage talent databases and recruitment trackers; produce weekly progress reports.
• Support Business Development and Talent Manager in identifying opportunities.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, auditions, contract documentation, and onboarding.
• Maintain strong relationships with talents and coordinate schedules, shoots, and appearances.
• Manage talent databases, recruitment trackers, and weekly progress reports.
• Support the Business Development and Talent Manager in identifying talent opportunities.

About You

• Experience in talent acquisition, talent scouting, casting, artist relations, or entertainment management.
