Job summary

PlayTime Entertainment is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to scout, recruit, and coordinate models, actresses, influencers, and entertainment personalities for the FHM Exclusive Talent Roster. The role covers talent sourcing, screening, contract coordination, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, talent scouting, casting, artist relations, or entertainment management.
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Philippine entertainment, modeling, and influencer industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Existing connections with models, influencers, talent agencies, or casting professionals are an advantage.
• Willing to attend casting activities, events, and shoots as needed.

Responsibilities

• Scout and recruit potential talents through social media, casting events, referrals, and industry networks.
• Screen and evaluate talents based on brand fit, marketability, and professionalism.
• Coordinate interviews, auditions, contract documentation, and onboarding.
• Maintain strong relationships with talents and coordinate schedules, shoots, and appearances.
• Manage talent databases, recruitment trackers, and weekly progress reports.
• Support the Business Development and Talent Manager in identifying talent opportunities.
