3. Talent Handling and Relationship Coordination (25%)
- Maintain professional communication with assigned talents, respond to routine concerns, and elevate significant career, contractual, or welfare matters to the Manager.
- Coordinate talent availability, schedules, casting calls, meetings, shoots, and approved appearances with road managers, production teams, and external partners.
- Support talent profiling, onboarding, portfolio updates, introductions to potential opportunities, and smooth handovers to assigned management or operations personnel.
- Help identify suitable talent-project matches and relay potential collaboration or booking opportunities to the Manager for assessment and approval.
4. Talent Administration and Reporting (10%)
- Maintain organized and confidential talent profiles, portfolios, contact details, consent forms, contract files, and recruitment status records.
- Prepare talent meeting schedules, screening notes, document checklists, onboarding trackers, and routine administrative correspondence.
- Submit weekly pipeline and talent status updates and monthly acquisition summaries; flag stalled contracts, scheduling conflicts, and follow-up items promptly.
