Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or similar role.
• Proven candidate sourcing and phone screening experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified candidates through various channels.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline for current and future roles.
• Conduct phone screening to assess qualifications and fit.
• Lead initial interviews and communicate job details to candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate assessments and interviews with candidates and stakeholders.
• Endorse qualified candidates for next stages and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Meet sourcing, screening, interview, and hiring targets.
