Job summary

TeleDial is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Pasig, Philippines. You will focus on talent sourcing and conducting phone screenings to identify qualified candidates and build a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Google apps. This is a full-time on-site role based at Robinsons Galleria, Pasig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role.
• Proven experience in candidate sourcing and phone screening.
• Strong ability to attract qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and engaging during phone interviews and candidate conversations.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple candidates and requirements.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Customer-service mindset with focus on candidate experience.
• Willing to work in a full on-site setting in Pasig (Robinsons Galleria).

Responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other sourcing platforms.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct phone screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, communication, motivation, availability, and fit.
• Communicate job responsibilities, requirements, compensation, and company expectations to candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate assessments, interviews, and recruitment activities with candidates and stakeholders.
• Endorse qualified candidates for next stages, training, and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, databases, and sourcing records.
• Monitor candidate progress and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Provide a smooth, professional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Meet sourcing, screening, interview, and hiring targets.
