Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Mass Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end volume recruitment and fulfill hiring requisitions from the business unit on time. This role focuses on attracting candidates and delivering excellent service to candidates and hiring managers.

The position involves account management with Business Unit, People Partners, and other departments, collaboration with Sourcing and Onboarding teams, and field work at assigned locations to meet hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and field engagement experience.
• Experience in staffing or volume recruitment is a plus.
• Familiarity with ATS is preferred.

About the job

The Mass Talent Acquisition Specialist is primarily responsible in managing and fulfilling hiring requisitions from the business unit on time. His / her main goal is to ensure to execute end-to-end volume recruitment process, consistently attract candidates and provide excellent customer service experience to candidates and hiring managers through effective client management and process excellence.

What You'll Do

• Account Management - Identifies, aligns, and strategizes hiring requirements with the team, Business Unit, People Partners and other involved departments.
• Collaborates with the Sourcing and Onboarding Team to develop and execute hiring strategies and process improvements as necessary.
• Provides comprehensive updates and reports on hiring.

What You Need To Have

• Proficient in O365 (MS Word, Excel, Forms, Powerpoint, Teams, etc.)
• Excellent communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills
• Amenable doing field work
