Job summary

Home Credit Philippines seeks a Team Leader for Volume/Mass Recruiting to supervise a recruiting team and deliver scalable hiring strategies for mass roles.

You will partner with the TA Manager to plan initiatives, ensure KPI delivery, and continuously improve recruitment processes while mentoring the team and building stakeholder partnerships.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of solid experience in Recruitment Operations with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge in Volume Recruitment and Project Management.
• Proficiency in O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) with excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Results-oriented and proactive to drive team goals.
• Highly analytical to analyze trends, reports, and audits.
• Ability to negotiate and manage conflicts; drives to closure.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and business situations.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with TA Manager (Volume or Mass Recruiting) in creating, planning, and implementing recruitment strategies and initiatives geared towards operational excellence, efficiencies, and SLA fulfillment
• Manages day-to-day Mass recruitment activities ensuring that all recruitment KPIs are met.
• Spearheads the continuous review and improvement of recruitment processes through process efficiencies and process management initiatives
• Collaborates with Sourcing and Onboarding team to ensure a smooth sailing end to end recruitment process.
• Responsible with the strategies, and execution of projects and initiatives.
• Create and maintain reports related to hiring status and trends.
• Ensures continuous team development and improvement of team members through regular and continuous coaching, mentoring, training, performance reviews and learning opportunities.
• Initiates, maintains, and develop partnerships with stakeholders and People Partners.
