Home Credit Philippines is seeking an administrative support professional for its Sales Department in the Philippines. The role focuses on onboarding, disciplinary case management, and handling inquiries within defined SLAs to support the sales network.

Responsibilities include processing travel, reimbursements, and POS opening documents, distributing marketing materials, and maintaining POS supply stock. The position offers a stable dayshift schedule and benefits such as HMO from Day 1.

• Proficient in MS Applications.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Department.
• Monitor onboarding and deployment for Sales Associate/District Sales Manager.
• Manage disciplinary cases and email/ticket SLAs.
• Support Partner Retailers and Account Owners via email within 24 hours.
• Process travel requests, reimbursements and liquidations for the Sales Network.
• Ensure POS opening documents are processed and archived properly.

Providing administrative support to the Sales Department What You Will Do

• Workforce Team
• Monitors and ensures Sales Associate/District Sales Manager on-boarding and deployment process is running smoothly.
• Disciplinary case management.
• Ensures all emails/ticket received will be solved within the defined Service Level Agreement.
• Provides support to Partner Retailers and Account Owners by attending to their email concerns within 24 hours Service Level Agreement.
• Provide administrative support to Sales Network by processing their travel requests, reimbursements and liquidations.
• Ensures all emails/ticket received will be solved within the defined Service Level Agreement.
• Ensures all departments are on top of their Service Level Agreement for Point Of Sale Opening Process.
• Ensures documents received for Point Of Sale Opening are processed and archived properly and timely.
• Manages distribution of marketing materials and Point Of Sale Supply as well as maintaining of sufficient stock inventory for all materials.
• Consolidation and releasing of request for Point Of Sale Supplies and Marketing Materials.
• Ensures all emails/ticket received will be solved within the defined Service Level Agreement.

Sales Travel Desk

• Provide administrative support to Sales Network by processing their travel requests, reimbursements and liquidations.

POS Opening Management POS Opening Team

• Ensures all emails/ticket received will be solved within the defined Service Level Agreement.
• Ensures all departments are on top of their Service Level Agreement for Point Of Sale Opening Process.
• Ensures documents received for Point Of Sale Opening are processed and archived properly and timely.

Point Of Sale Supplies Team

• Manages distribution of marketing materials and Point Of Sale Supply as well as maintaining of sufficient stock inventory for all materials.
• Consolidation and releasing of request for Point Of Sale Supplies and Marketing Materials.
• Ensures all emails/ticket received will be solved within the defined Service Level Agreement.
