Qualifications

• Familiarity with job boards, social media sourcing, and HRIS/ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for gym and corporate roles across multiple locations.
• Partner with Operations, Club Managers, and Head Office to understand manpower requirements and timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and local channels.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, attitude, customer service skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, tests, and trial shifts; prepare and extend job offers.
