Job summary

Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment remotely in CST time. You will source candidates, manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, and deliver a positive candidate experience while helping the company attract top talent for diverse departments.

Responsibilities include screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating offers, onboarding, and reporting on hiring progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment workflows.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support timely recruitment across multiple departments.
• Coordinate offer letters, pre-employment documentation, and onboarding activities for new hires.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports on hiring progress, pipeline status, and sourcing effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment workflows.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles or supporting U.S. hiring processes.
• Experience working in a remote or outsourcing environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Manatal, or similar ATS platforms.
• Experience recruiting across multiple business functions is a plus.
