Job summary

CHEQ Software Testing in Metro Manila is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

You will administer pre-employment assessments, maintain a healthy candidate pool, and keep recruitment databases up to date with timely reporting. IT industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM, or any four-year course.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience.
• IT industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
