Post and maintain job vacancies and recruitment advertisements.
Build and maintain an active pool of qualified candidates.
Review resumes and applications based on approved job requirements.
Conduct initial screening and recruitment interviews.
Assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, communication, availability, and job requirements.
Endorse qualified candidates to the hiring manager.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up on interview results and ensure timely feedback.
Coordinate job offers, pre-employment requirements, and hiring documentation.
Assist in the onboarding of successful candidates.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Monitor vacancies, candidate status, interview schedules, and hiring progress.
Submit regular recruitment reports and updates.
Monitor recruitment targets and turnaround times.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct follow-ups to minimize candidate drop-off and ensure completion of requirements.
Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience.
Support recruitment campaigns, job fairs, mass hiring activities, and other talent acquisition projects.
Perform other recruitment-related tasks as assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience; high-volume recruitment experience is an advantage.
Experience using job portals, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
Good interviewing, communication, and candidate assessment skills.
Organized and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment or applicant tracking systems.
Willing to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
