Private Advertiser is seeking a Recruitment Associate in Metro Manila to manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, developing job postings, and coordinating interviews to ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Psychology, HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; up to 1 year in recruitment or HR is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrates accountability, ownership and urgency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and align on interview processes.
• Develop and coordinate job postings and ensure descriptions reflect role requirements.
• Source candidates through online platforms, networks, referrals, and events.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate preparation with stakeholders.
