Analog Devices, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.

You will source, screen, interview, extend offers, and onboard talent while partnering with hiring managers to meet business objectives and deliver a positive candidate experience. You will use Workday and HRIS/ATS tools, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, and contribute to employer branding and university relations initiatives as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting within a dynamic work environment.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS/ATS platforms such as Workday.
• Basic knowledge of assessment administration and interpretation.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned requisitions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare and extend employment offers to selected candidates.
• Utilize Workday and other HR systems to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment data.
• Ensure timely hiring and achievement of recruiting targets and service levels.
• Support recruitment projects, employer branding activities, university relations programs, and talent pipeline initiatives as needed.
