Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or business-related fields.
• At least 1 year of talent acquisition experience.

• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and diverse sourcing techniques.
• Experience with hiring processes (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding).
• Strong problem-solving skills and timely issue resolution.
• Experience in volume and technical recruitment is a plus.
• Hands-on with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Knowledge of data analytics and HRIS is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
