Job summary

ADA Manufacturing Corporation (ADAMCO) is seeking an HR Associate - Recruitment to support end-to-end hiring in the Philippines. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, helping onboarding and candidate experience.

You will manage recruitment life cycles, update databases, draft ads, conduct checks, and help build a strong talent pipeline while collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using ATS is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases accurately.
• Prepare job advertisements and post openings on relevant platforms.
• Conduct reference and background checks as required.
• Assist with job offers, employment documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support HR projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
