Job summary

Clu Forwarding Services is seeking a recruitment professional for an on-site role in Pasig. The candidate will collaborate with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and manage from posting to offer. The ideal candidate has a 1–3 year track record in recruitment and a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields.

Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with ATS are essential to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
