You will partner with hiring managers to define needs and build candidate pipelines using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-powered sourcing to accelerate hiring velocity.

Qualifications

• Working proficiency in English.
• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience.
• Strong recruitment strategies, passive sourcing, and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, ideally fintech.
• Hands-on with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes with speed and precision.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and referrals.
• Transform recruitment data into actionable insights and metrics.
