This is a HC Operations & Talent Acquisition Associate role with a strong focus on talent acquisition and recruitment, combined with core HR operations (payroll processing, vendor management, general affairs) and accounts payable support for the Finance team. The role is built for someone with a builder mindset who is comfortable with data, vendor negotiations, multi-tasking, and applying AI tools to solve everyday operational problems. This person will primarily drive recruitment and talent acquisition — sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across the business — while also owning core HR operational tasks such as payroll processing, vendor management, and employee records. On the finance side, this role supports the Finance team with accounts payable: verifying invoices and processing local payments accurately and on time. This is a growth-track position: depending on performance and individual interest, the successful candidate may later transition into a business-facing role such as Sales or Credit Underwriting.
Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: job postings, sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling
Build and maintain a healthy, responsive candidate pipeline in partnership with hiring managers across departments
Manage full onboarding logistics for new hires, ensuring all paperwork, accounts, and equipment are ready before Day 1
Continuously refine sourcing channels and recruitment processes to improve time-to-hire and candidate quality
Process payroll accurately and on time in coordination with the external payroll vendor, including timekeeping verification and resolving employee payroll/benefits queries
Own vendor management end-to-end: build strong vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and track contracts, renewals, and payments
Oversee facility management, ensuring the office is safe, well-maintained, and coordinated with building management on any issues
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and support employee engagement and performance review initiatives
Support the Finance team with accounts payable: verifying vendor invoices and processing local payments accurately and on time
Identify manual or inefficient HR, recruitment, or AP processes and propose automation or AI-tool-based solutions
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, or a related field from a reputed college
1-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with meaningful exposure to recruitment or talent acquisition
Experience with payroll processing and vendor management is highly valued
Fintech, banking, or consultancy background preferred
Recruitment and candidate sourcing across multiple channels
Vendor management and negotiation
Payroll processing and HR administration
Comfortable working with data and Excel/reporting
Practical use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to automate and get work done faster
Strong written and verbal communication in English
