PH Global Jet Express Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring processes in Bulacan. You will screen, interview, and place workers while ensuring compliance with local hiring rules and regulations.

The role requires a degree in HR/IO psychology or related field and at least 1 year of recruitment experience; fresh graduates may be considered. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, IO Psychology, or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in recruitment; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Pleasant personality.

Responsabilités

• Monitors, organizes and files the PRF.
• Coordinates with hiring Managers to identify the needed staff.
• Poses, monitors and activates all job vacancies of all recruitment channels.
• Liais es between the company and employment agencies, universities, and government agencies for employment purposes, as necessary.
• Sources and schedules potential applicants.
• Conducts initial interview and other selection procedure including endorsement to hiring manager.
• Facilitates job offer and monitors completion of pre-employment requirements.
• Facilitates the New Employees Orientations (NEO).
• Conducts Background Investigation.
• Gives final feedback to the candidates.
