Job summary

HR Network Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment for Marketing Professionals, coordinating with dealer branches and hiring managers to meet manpower needs.

The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, background checks, and onboarding across multiple locations. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related fields and at least 2 years in recruitment, with strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, behavioral science, human resources, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment is required.
• Volume or mass hiring experience is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment-related tools.
• Willing to travel/rover across five dealer branches as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned manpower requirements.
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews with dealer heads and hiring managers.
• Process job offers, pre-employment requirements, background verification, and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and talent pipelines.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring progress against timelines and targets.
• Support volume hiring, job fairs, and other recruitment initiatives.
• Coordinate with multiple dealer branches and travel between assigned locations as required.
