Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for interviews.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS.
