Job summary

Booth is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment across APAC markets, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for diverse roles.

The role requires excellent communication, strong experience with ATS tools (ADP), and the ability to build a robust candidate pipeline while adhering to local labor practices.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting within the APAC market; experience in BPO, technology, or corporate roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools, including ADP.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices.
