Job summary

Qualifications

Prior Experience

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in recruitment, ideally supporting Australian clients or labour‑hire environments. Proven sourcing across multiple channels (job boards, databases, social media), resume screening, and initial phone screening is essential. Experience managing high‑volume roles, coordinating interviews, and supporting recruitment administration such as timesheets and candidate communications is highly regarded. Familiarity with Australian work rights, licences, and employment requirements is an advantage.
