• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in both volume hiring (blue-collar) and executive search (C2 level).
• Strong independent sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding.
• Source candidates through portals, social media, networks, and databases.
• Conduct in-depth screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
• Handle hiring across all levels, including blue-collar, mid-management, and C2-level leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers for manpower planning and role profiling.
• Coordinate interviews and provide structured feedback to stakeholders.
• Facilitate offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports.
