Job summary

Qualfon Cebu is seeking an onsite Recruitment Specialist to manage day-to-day recruitment, selection, and placement activities. You will calibrate and certify new staff, review procedures, and implement enhancements while proposing strategies to increase headcount.

The role requires 6 months of recruitment experience and willingness to overtime in a shift-based schedule. You will also compute sourcing plans to meet headcount requests, review costs per hire, and gather recruitment metrics to

• At least 6 months of recruitment-related experience (volume hiring preferred).
• Willing to render paid overtime.
• Comfortable working on shifting and flexible schedules.
• Comfortable working with candidates onsite.

• Conducts day-to-day Recruitment, Selection, and Placement Procedure.
• Conducts calibration and certification for new recruitment staff.

• Reviews cost per hire and section costs (office supplies and telephony).
• Gathers data for metrics and computes data on On-Time, Hit Rate, Cost per Hire, and Conversion Rate.

• Computes the expected applications needed to hire the expected number of applicants based on the average Hit Rate.
• Conceptualizes the sourcing plan that will cover the needed applications to complete the request.

3. Reasonable Cost per Hire.

• Reviews cost of sourcing activities.
• Reviews section cost in terms of office supplies usage and telephony.

4. Recruitment Metrics.

• Gathers data for Metrics.
• Computes data based on On-Time, Hit Rate, Cost per Hire, and Conversion Rate.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• College Graduate (of any course)
• At least 6 months of recruitment-related experience (volume hiring preferred)
• Willing to render paid overtime
• Is comfortable working on shifting and flexible schedules
• Comfortable working with candidates in the office (ONSITE)
