Job summary

MangoJob- Recruitment Platform | Jobs & Hiring App in the Philippines is seeking an experienced recruiter to collaborate with stakeholders on hiring strategies and to manage end-to-end recruitment workflows. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, building talent pipelines, and tracking hiring metrics to continuously improve candidate experience and employer branding.

• Degree preferred in HR, Psychology, Business Admin or related field.
• 1–3 years recruitment or sourcing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, candidate handling, organization and follow-up skills.
• Recruitment, HR, customer service, sales, or coordination experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using job boards, spreadsheets, and recruitment systems.
• Able to handle candidate information confidentially.
