Support the Talent Acquisition team withcandidate sourcing across multiple vacancies
Identify and engage potential candidates throughJobStreet, LinkedIn, job portals and other relevant sourcing channels
Research and build talent pools for current and future hiring needs
Review CVs and applications against role requirements and shortlist suitable candidates
Support sourcing forengineering, technical, and professional positions
Profile and format candidate resumes using company templates
Coordinate interviews between candidates and Talent Acquisition team
Send interview invitations, confirmations, and relevant information to candidates
Respond to candidate enquiries promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate and up-to-datecandidate records, recruitment trackers, and databases
Prepare daily and weekly sourcing and recruitment reports
Monitor recruitment pipelines and provide timely updates to the TA team
Support onboarding documentation and other pre‑employment processes where required
Assist with recruitment projects, process improvements, and other TA initiatives
Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition team members to support recruitment targets and timelines
Contribute to apositive and professional candidate experience
Min Diploma inHuman Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Min 1 year of recruitment or sourcing experience is preferred
Candidates with less experience or no prior recruitment experience are welcome to apply, with appropriate training and guidance provided
Basic proficiency inMicrosoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and stakeholders
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
