Job summary

Spacey Design Manila is seeking an HR & Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the employee lifecycle from hiring to onboarding and engagement. This role also provides support for core HR and people operations activities across the organization.

You will handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, orientation, and onboarding while maintaining records and helping implement HR policies and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience handling multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements and hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates through various channels.
• Schedule interviews and facilitate job offers and pre-employment requirements.
• Conduct Employee Orientation.
• Maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
• Maintain recruitment records and hiring trackers.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key metrics.
• Assist in HR documentation, policy implementation, and compliance.
